Debounces an arbitrary predicate function (typically created as a lambda) of 0 arguments.
The constructor also accepts a digital pin as a convienence.



Dependencies
=============
This driver depends on:

* `Adafruit CircuitPython <https://github.com/adafruit/circuitpython>`_
* `Adafruit Ticks <https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Ticks>`_

Please ensure all dependencies are available on the CircuitPython filesystem.
This is easily achieved by downloading
`the Adafruit library and driver bundle <https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle>`_.

        if switch.rose:

        if switch.value:

            print('pressed')
